1977 240D will not start, no fuel at injectors

I have a 1977 240D that I drove home from Florida to Wisconsin in June. I have been driving fairly frequently, but it has been running rough. It had seemed to get worst until today when it would not start for me. I had just drove about 20 miles or so and stopped the engine for 10-15 minutes and it would not start again. Below is a list of diagnostics that I have done on the car along with general maintenance performed. I am not sure if the rough running engine is related to why it will not start now. I am new here, and I am sorry if this has been addressed, if so please guide me to the post.
